Time to spice things up a bit around here with our Zesty Hot Sausage Dip! This is a fam favorite! It has the perfect amount of zing and all the right flavors! If you liked our Taco Queso yesterday, you will LOVE the hot sausage dip!
So, because I have a large family, I use this awesome crockpot. It is a 10qt crockpot that lets you pressure cook, sterilize, slow cook, brown/sear, sauté, boil, simmer, and steam all in one, so I use it nearly every day! However, when I am making dips, I like to use the 16 oz Triple Dipper Crock-Pot! That way I can make three dips at once!
To start, you are going to brown the sausage and place it in the crock pot. We prefer to use Jimmie Dean Hot Sausage, it by far is the best! You will then put the cream cheese and Rotel tomatos in the crockpot. Stir it often until the cream cheese is melted and all the ingredients are mixed well and serve with tortilla chips! It is that easy!
