Tuscan Tortellini with Sausage & Spinach

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground hot or mild italian sausage
  • 1 cup reduced sodium chicken broth
  • 1 jar Tuscan Starter Sauce
  • 1 19 oz package Frozen Cheese Tortellini
  • 3 cups fresh baby spinach leaves
  • 1 jar sun dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup half and half
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook sausage, crumbling into large chunks until no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes; drain
  • Add chicken broth, Tuscan Starter Sauce, pasta, spinach, and sun dried tomatoes. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer until pasta is cooked and spinach is wilted, stirring occassionally, about 8-9 minutes
  • Stir in cheese and half and half. Cook uncovered 1-2 minutes, remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes
