Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Mix melted butter, Avocado or Olive Oil, and garlic together
Coat Carrots With Butter and Garlic Mixture,
Place Carrots on Baking Sheet, drizzle remaining Butter and Garlic Mixture Together
Roast in Oven for 20 Minutes, flipping halfway through
Top with Parmesan Cheese and Roast another 10 minutes
Serve!
