Roasted Parmesan Garlic Carrots

Ingredients
  

  • 8-10 Carrots
  • 2 tbsp Butter Melted
  • 2 tsp Garlic Minced
  • 4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese Fresh, Chopped
  • 1 tbsp avocado or olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Mix melted butter, Avocado or Olive Oil, and garlic together
  • Coat Carrots With Butter and Garlic Mixture,
  • Place Carrots on Baking Sheet, drizzle remaining Butter and Garlic Mixture Together
  • Roast in Oven for 20 Minutes, flipping halfway through
  • Top with Parmesan Cheese and Roast another 10 minutes
  • Serve!
