PB&J French Toast Sticks

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 loaf Bread
  • Peanut Butter
  • Jelly
  • Powdered Sugar for topping
  • Brown Sugar for topping
  • Cinnamon for topping
  • Syrup

Instructions
 

  • Cut crusts off bread
  • Put generous portion of peanut butter and jelly on each square
  • Roll up Bread
  • Mix Egg, Milk & Vanilla in separate bowl
  • Dip PB&J Roll-ups in egg mixture and place on Blackstone.
  • Flip after a couple of minutes. Should only take less than 5 minutes total to cook.
  • Remove from Blackstone and place on plates. Sprinkle Brown Sugar, Powdered Sugar and Cinnamon as toppings
  • Serve with warm syrup!
