boneless pork loin chops
3/4 to 1 inch thick
Instructions
Whisk together vinegar, dijon, basil and pepper. Add the oil in a tin stream
Place the chops in the marinade, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1-4 hours. My magic number is 2 hours
Heat the grill on medium-high heat.
Cook the pork chops on grill, turning once, until the internal temperature reads about 145 degrees about 10-15 minutes
Remove the meat from the grill and tent with foil. Allow to rest for three minutes before serving.
