In a gallon freezer bag, combine beef, mushrooms, 3 tablespoons of Avacado Oil, Garlic Garlic Seasoning and mustard; sald and pepper as desired. Seal well and toss to coat. Referigerate at least 2 hours.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, add beef and mushrooms.
Saute until beef is done
