Garlicy Steak & Mushrooms

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 lbs boneless beef sirloin steak cubed or strip
  • 6oz package fresh mushrooms
  • 4 tbsp Avacado Oil or Olive Oil divided
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Garlic Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard

Instructions
 

  • In a gallon freezer bag, combine beef, mushrooms, 3 tablespoons of Avacado Oil, Garlic Garlic Seasoning and mustard; sald and pepper as desired. Seal well and toss to coat. Referigerate at least 2 hours.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, add beef and mushrooms.
  • Saute until beef is done
