You can use a double broiler, but I used a pot of water and then a glass bowl that i set in the water as it was boiling.Add soy flakes to glass bowl, and stir until they turn to liquid.
Place the ends of the wicks (metal part) into the wax and then press to middle of bottom of jar. Let dry, this acts as an adhesive
Once the wax has dried, take a closepin and pin it to the middle of the jar, letting the ends of the clothespin rest on each side.
Pour the wax into the jar
Pour 15 drops of each oil into the wax, (don't add it in your wax on the stove, because it will burn)
Gently stir the oils into the wax, as to not upset the wick itself
Pour 1 TSP of dry lavender and rosemary into mixture, and stir gently
Wrap the jars in a washcloth and let set for 24 hours. The washcloth protects it from cooling too fast, and prevents the glass from cracking. This is rare, but does happen.
