Creamy Crockpot Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 lb beef stew meat (or meatballs, ground beef)
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1 package egg noodles

Instructions
 

  • Mix your onion and beef stew meat in a frying pan. Stir in Garlic Garlic (or garlic salt)
  • Cook until the onion becomes opaque and the meat is browned only on the outside
  • Mix milk, mushroom soup cream cheese, and Worcestershire sauce in a separate bowl until well blended
  • Place your creamy mixture and meat mixture in crockpot with lid.
  • Cook on low for 4 hours.
  • Just before serving, cook noodles according to directions on package.
  • Mix noodles in with creamy mixture, and serve!
