Place your Chicken Breasts in the CrockPot. Dump entire bottle of Garlic Parmesan Buffalo Wild Wings Sauce in Crockpot.
Pour Heavy Whipping Cream in empty Garlic Parmesan Buffalo Wild Wings Sauce Container. Pour in Crock Pot.
Add 1 Pkg Cream Cheese to Crock Pot
Cook on low for 8 hours, or high on 4-6 or until chicken is done. Shred Chicken.
Boil Penne Noodles until soft. Drain, and stir into crockpot with chicken. Serve!
