Cook Bacon in a 4 quart pan until cooked.
Remove from pan and drain on towel leaving fat in pan
Cook onions until soft in pan
Add Flour to the onion & bacon leftover mixture, stir well
Mix in warm milk and bouillon cube, stir with whisk continually
Add Broccoli, let mix come to a boil stirring frequently
Reduce heat and cook until broccoli is tender.
Remove from heat, stir in cheese until melted
