Cheesy Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 strips bacon diced
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 4 cups warm milk
  • 1 vegetable bouillon cube
  • Fresh Broccoli, cut into smaller pieces 1 Bundle
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Cook Bacon in a 4 quart pan until cooked.
  • Remove from pan and drain on towel leaving fat in pan
  • Cook onions until soft in pan
  • Add Flour to the onion & bacon leftover mixture, stir well
  • Mix in warm milk and bouillon cube, stir with whisk continually
  • Add Broccoli, let mix come to a boil stirring frequently
  • Reduce heat and cook until broccoli is tender.
  • Remove from heat, stir in cheese until melted
