Cut the Sizzle Steak in 1x1 inch strips.
Put just enough Lawry's Signature Steakhouse Marinade to cover meat. Place in a sealed container and shake. Place in refrigerator for at least one hour.
Cut up 1 Green and 1 Red Bell Pepper in smaller bite size strips.
When steak is done marinading, cook on Blackstone, stiring frequently until steak is no longer red. At the same time, also cook peppers on seperate area of Blackstone until softened.
Prepare your quesadilla with your desired toppings; cheese, peppers, steak, and your desired amount of Taco Bell Creamy Chipotle Sauce. Fold in half.
Place Quesadilla on Blackstone for just a couple of minutes on each side to crisp.
Dip with Sour Cream and/or salsa as desired!
