Better than Taco Bell Quesadillas

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Sizzle Steak Boneless Beef Chuck Shoulder Steak Thin Cut
  • 6-10 Softshell Tortillas
  • Shredded Cheese
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • Taco Bell Creamy Chipotle Sauce
  • Lawry's Signature Steakhouse Marinade
  • Sour Cream to dip
  • Salsa to dip

Instructions
 

  • Cut the Sizzle Steak in 1x1 inch strips.
  • Put just enough Lawry's Signature Steakhouse Marinade to cover meat. Place in a sealed container and shake. Place in refrigerator for at least one hour.
  • Cut up 1 Green and 1 Red Bell Pepper in smaller bite size strips.
  • When steak is done marinading, cook on Blackstone, stiring frequently until steak is no longer red. At the same time, also cook peppers on seperate area of Blackstone until softened.
  • Prepare your quesadilla with your desired toppings; cheese, peppers, steak, and your desired amount of Taco Bell Creamy Chipotle Sauce. Fold in half.
  • Place Quesadilla on Blackstone for just a couple of minutes on each side to crisp.
  • Dip with Sour Cream and/or salsa as desired!
