Instructions
First, take olive oil and rub it on the top of your Pork Butt. Then, sprinkle Cavenders All Purpose Greek Seasoning on it and rub it in.
Preheat smoker to 200 - 250 degrees F
Put it in the smoker for 6 - 8 hours, depending on size of pork, or until internal temperature is 145 degrees F.
