1lbboneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 4 pieces
1/4 cupBourbon Glaze (Tastefully Simple or other alternative)
Instructions
Two hours before cook time, Pound chicken breasts to 1/2 inch thickness. Season with salt and pepper as desired. Place in containor or zip block bag with bourbon glaze.
Prepare grill to medium heat. Pound chicken breasts again if needed to 1/2 inch thickness.
Place chicken on grill, turning once until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F on an instant-read food thermometer, about 10-12 minutes
Brush chicken with Bourbon Glaze, either Bayou Bourbon Glaze or alternative the last 3-4 minutes of grilling
