Places to Eat in Boston

On our trip to Boston, we were completely overwhelmed with all of the delicious choices of food we had. One of our favorite things to do when we are traveling is to eat, of course! Derek usually has the restaurants picked out before we even go, however we were surprised by how often we changed our minds just by walking by a place that gave us the feel good vibes! I am going to share just a few of our favorite Places to Eat in Boston!

Alma Cantina

Alma Cantina was our first official stop in Boston and it was absolutely phenomenal! We were completely impressed with how fresh our food was and how fast our service was!

We recommend:

  • Carne Asada Street Tacos
  • Carne Asada

15 Union Street,
Boston, MA 02108

Sullivans

Next on our list was Sullivans! Sullivans was one of my favorite places I frequented as a child, and so I of course had to make the stop back! Sullivans is on Castle Island, and its absolutely beautiful to take in the scenery as you get a bite to eat! There is so much to do and see here!

We Reccomend:

  • Hot dog
  • Hamburger
  • Clam Chowder

2080 William J Day Blvd, South Boston (Castle Island)

Worden Hall

Worden Hall was conveniently located near our hotel and their food was amazing! There was so much to choose from and there portions were phenomenal! The restaurant was clean and the service was top notch.

Update: Worden Hall has since closed.

Tony C’s Sports Bar

Tony C’s was recommended to us because I wanted to try my first Lobster Roll while we were in Boston- and it did not disappoint! It was delish! The view was wonderful and we even made a new bird friend! (Disclaimer: Do not leave food unattended, bird will eat)

I HIGHLY Recommend the Lobster Roll, but Derek got the BBQ Chicken Strips and he said they were some of the best he has had!

Address: 250 Northern Avenue, Boston MA 02210

TreMonte- North End

After a long day on the Freedom Trail, we decided to head back to the North End and find some Italian! It was extremely busy on the main stretches, but we found TreMonte off the beaten path and it was worth every bite!

Derek had Pizza, I had Pasta, and we shared some Meatballs! It was divine!

North End, 76 Salem St., Boston, MA

Hennessy’s Of Boston

Hennessy’s of Boston was the place to be for a great burger and delicious pretzel! We were extremely font of the atmosphere and the food, as well as the service!

Regina Pizzeria

When in Boston, one MUST get some Regina Pizza! Known as the best pizza in Boston, it conveniently has several locations and kiosks in many areas of Boston!

Samuel Adams Brewery Tap House

Although we did not eat here, we did attempt to try each of the beverages. Sam Adams was one of our favorite atmospheres for great conversation, wonderful service and a beverage for any drink lover!

The Tavern- Salem

Although not located in Boston, we visited Salem on one of our last days on our trip and The Tavern in Salem was worth noting!
