If you are ready for a new pork chop recipe, you have to try our Grilled Balsamic and Herb Pork Chops! These were absolutely delicious, the flavor soaked right into the pork chops!
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp fresh basil chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 6 boneless pork loin chops 3/4 to 1 inch thick
Instructions
- Whisk together vinegar, dijon, basil and pepper. Add the oil in a tin stream
- Place the chops in the marinade, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1-4 hours. My magic number is 2 hours
- Heat the grill on medium-high heat.
- Cook the pork chops on grill, turning once, until the internal temperature reads about 145 degrees about 10-15 minutes
- Remove the meat from the grill and tent with foil. Allow to rest for three minutes before serving.
