Ham and Potato Bake

Just like the name says, Grandma’s Ham and Potato Bake was passed down from my grandma, and its so simple and easy to make. If you are looking for the perfect quick and easy meal on the go for game nights, late nights or nights where you just don’t want to cook, this is the one! It’s also a great freezer meal too!

I grew up with this recipe. My grandma was nothing less than an amazing cook with lots and lots of delicious recipes, but Ham and Potato Bake is one of my favorites! She would make it as I was young, and then as I got holder, would make it for me to go! Ham and Potato Bake is one of the top requested amongst my kids, too! Not only is it the perfect comfort food, kid-friendly, but its budget friendly too!

We personally use Farmland Cubed Ham. The 16oz package is just perfect for this recipe, and you don’t have to precook it that way, as its already cooked and ready to combine with the other ingredients!

I really dislike peeling potatoes, so I recently got this electric potato peeler and you guys, IT. IS. AWESOME! It saves me so much time and I waste way less potatoes! It is a little intimidating at first and I wondered if it was going to be worth it after buy the refill blades but I am here to tell you, totally worth it! The blades actually do last a long time! I haven’t had to change mine yet and I have had it for several months now!

As far as whipping cream goes, I just use the whole carton. I don’t think its necessary, just make sure your ingredients are covered well but the more the better, because that’s just going to make it creamier!
