Winter is all about comfort food at our house, and I just love easy hot dishes you can whip up and throw in the oven. We love this Golden Spirals Hamburger Bake, it is very tasteful and easy to make, for sure a kids fav!
Ingredients for Golden Spirals Hamburger Bake
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can of condensed golden mushroom soup (10 3/4 oz)
- 1 can tomato sauce (8 oz)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- Rotini Noodles, cooked and drained
Instructions
I start this recipe in my Electric Frying Pan. You will begin by browning your hamburger, onion and green pepper over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink and the onion and peppers are soft. Drain
After that, you will mix in your soup, tomato sauce and 1 cup of cheese.
Transfer that and your cooked pasta into a greased baking dish and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Finally, you will bake this uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until bubbly!
Leftovers
This bake can be stored in the fridge for about 2-3 days. Reheat in microwave or throw it in the oven until warm!
You can freeze this, however I find the noodles get soggy when reheating, so its best eaten fresh!
