How do I know my Fettuccini Noodles are done?
Fettuccine noodles are considered done when they are “al dente,” meaning they have a slight bite to them, with a slightly firm center when you taste a piece; you can check by using a fork to pick up a strand, cut it in half, and look for a small white core in the middle which should be just barely visible, indicating it’s almost cooked through but not completely soft
