Lately I have been doing a new me. You know, healthier eating, putting a little makeup on every day, and trying to not stick my hair in a pony tail every chance I get! Today I wanted just a quick lunch to tide me over until supper, and although I really wanted to just stop by a fast food place and grab a quick bite, I thought I would try something else!
Whenever I try to go healthy, I always tend to eat a ton of salads. I think that is why I always fail and go back to junk food- Salad is BORING. So any way I can beef up those healthy recipes, I will!
Now, don’t get me wrong.. a load of dressing isn’t always the healthiest choice either, but I figure it is better than a nice greasy cheeseburger, can I get an AMEN?
Really, this is such an easy mix that I am not sure if it was really even writing a blog post about it but after I took a bite I just new I had to share! So although this may seem easy and quite common, it will serve as a good reminder next time I want to try something healthy & different!
