I am pretty confident that Derek and I have officially came up with a recipe for the BEST Quesadillas, Better than Taco Bell Steak Quesadillas! Although we use the Creamy Chipotle Taco Bell Sauce, we found the best sauce to marinate the meat in that makes them absolutely perfect!
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Sizzle Steak (Boneless Beef Chuck Shoulder Steak Thin Cut)
- 6-10 Softshell Tortillas
- Shredded Cheese
- Green Bell Pepper
- Red Bell Pepper
- Taco Bell Creamy Chipotle Sauce
- Lawry’s Signature Steakhouse Marinade
- Sour Cream (to dip)
- Salsa (to dip)
- Blackstone
Instructions
- Cut the sizzle Steak in 1×1 inch strips.
- Put just enough Lawry’s Signature Steakhouse Marinade to cover meat. Place in sealed container and shake. Place in refrigerator for at least one hour.
- Cut up 1 green and 1 red Bell Pepper in bite size strips
- When steak is done marinading, cook on Blackstone, stiring frequently until steak is no longer pink. At the same time, also cook peppers on separate are of the Blackstone until softened.
- Prepare your quesadilla on one side with your desired toppings; cheese, peppers, setak, and your desired amount of Taco Bell Craemy Chipotle Sauce. Fold in half.
- Place Quesadilla on Blackstone for just a couple of minutes on each side to crisp.
- Dip with Sour Cream and/or Salsa as desired!

Better than Taco Bell Quesadillas
