I think of the funnest things about meeting Derek and moving in with him is the fun recipes he knew that I did not! Merging our tastes together has been interesting.. he basically only likes Pizza and Tacos, but we are making that work.. to say the least!
One thing he told me he loves to make is Pepperoni Soup. Derek is pretty picky so I added some olives to this recipe where he normally would not. And then of course he didn’t eat it, he cooked a frozen pizza, but it’s fine!! Next time I make it I am going to add Onions, Peppers and Mushrooms to it! So if you are into the more “supreme” style, add those too!
Its incredibly easy to make, and honestly it only took me 10 minutes to prep and 20 minutes to cook! The kids absolutely love it!
