I have another fabulous recipe for Chicken on the Ninja Foodi Grill! The best part? This Ninja Foodi Grill Chicken Breast only takes 16 minutes on the grill! Lately I have been on a health kick and I found that the recipes I have found for the Ninja Foodi Grill have been healthy alternatives! Chicken pairs really well with asparagus, brussel sprouts and green beans which are all healthy alternatives!

You will need a few ingredients to get started.

  • 1/2 Cup Avocado Oil
  • 1 Lemon Juice & Zest
  • 1/2 Cup Packed Parsley Leaves
  • 1 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 24 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts

Instructions for Ninja Foodi Grill Chicken Breast

First, combine the avocado oil, lemon juice and sest, parsley, salt and pepper in a blender for 1 minute.

Then, place the chicken in a shallow dish or zip lock bag. Pour all but 1/4 cup of the marinade over the chicken and toss to coat.

Marinate for 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.

Using the grill setting, preheate to medium heat. Set the timer to 16 minutes. Add the chicken when the Foodi Grill notifies you to.

Cook for 8 minutes and then flip. Add remainder of the marinade.

Cook for an additional 8 minutes or until the internal temp is 160.

Allow to rest 5-10 minutes before serving.
