This super simple snack idea is a fam favorite at our house! These Easy Ranch Roll Ups are a quick and easy snack, but can also be brought to potlucks, family gatherings and holidays!
They only take a few ingredients that you likely already have at your house- Flour Tortillas, Cream Cheese, Hidden Valley Dry Ranch Packet and Chives. They take about 10 minutes to make and can be snacked on over the course of a few days! They are best if you let them chill in the refrigerator overnight, however.
There are so many different ways to make these Easy Ranch Roll Ups- try taco seasoning instead of ranch seasoning! Want to add some zing? Try adding red peppers, olives, and green onions!
If you are from the Midwest, you are no stranger with the “pinwheel” concept. Pinwheels – tortillas rolled around some kind of filling, usually of the meat and cheese variety – are a party favorite in this part of the country
Ingredients
- Flour Tortillas
- 1 8oz Packet of Cream Cheese, Softened
- Hidden Valley Dry Ranch Packet
- 2-3 Chives, chopped
Instructions
- Mix the cream cheese and ranch packet. I find using a hand mixer works best
- Stir in Chives
- Spread on Flour Tortillas, around 6-10. Try using a small, offset spatula
- Roll Tortillas up
- Cut into 1/2 inch slices
- Its best if chilled overnight in fridge before serving
Other Variations
- Try swapping red bell peppers for roasted red peppers (drained well)
- Add thin slices of ham before rolling the tortillas
- Add finely shredded cheddar cheese

- 8 oz Cream Cheese
