Comfort food is my friend in the winter, which makes this Mashed Potato Bake a go-to! The nice thing about comfort food is, its kid-friendly most of the time too, just like this Mashed Potato Bake!
All of the ingredients for this recipe were already in my home, so they are already staples in my pantry. You could even change up the recipe and do mixed veggies or corn instead of green beans.
You could use a hand potato masher, but we prefer our hand electric mixer to mash our potatoes- it takes all the work out of it and makes the mashed potatoes creamy instead of lumpy!
