Creamy Fettuccini Alfredo

Where are all of my pasta lovers at? Oh, there you are! Today I am sharing a really easy Creamy Fettuccini Alfredo recipe, that you can actually change up and add to! You can also remove the chicken and broccoli and pair it as a side with steak or pork chops! Try it as a side with our French Onion Pork Chops or Bayou Bourbon Grilled Chicken!

So I absolutely love cooking my sides on an Induction Cooker because that frees up stovetop space for my other sauces and entrees. It also is handy at holidays! Sometimes if I am in a rush, I will cook my pasta with this Microwave Pasta Cooker!

Ingredients

  • 1 Pint of Whipping Cream
  • 1 Stick of Salted Butter, melted
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1 lb of Fettuccine Noodles
  • 1 Cup of Parmesan Cheese
  • Broccoli (As much or little as you like), cooked
  • 2-3 Chicken Breasts, cooked

Instructions

  1. Cook Noodles according to package directions. Don’t over do it though, because when you mix the sauce in it will cook a little longer! 🙂
  2. Mix Whipping Cream, Egg White and Parmesan Cheese in a medium bowl. Stir in to noodle mixture
  3. Mix in Chicken & Broccoli, and SERVE!

How do I know my Fettuccini Noodles are done?

Fettuccine noodles are considered done when they are “al dente,” meaning they have a slight bite to them, with a slightly firm center when you taste a piece; you can check by using a fork to pick up a strand, cut it in half, and look for a small white core in the middle which should be just barely visible, indicating it’s almost cooked through but not completely soft

How to Store Creamy Fettuccine Alfredo

Store your leftover Creamy Fettuccini Alfredo in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in the microwave or on the stove.
