Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Dip

I am looking for some fun and easy dips to take along on our upcoming vacation for the holidays and this dip is PERFECT! With minimal ingredients, is so easy, and is a family favorite! Our Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza dip is also flexible- you could add more pizza ingredients such as olives, mushrooms, peppers, onions, etc to add more flavors! Try different types of breads and crackers to see what you like most!

I made mine on a pie plate, but It works best if you make it in a deeper container so the dip itself under the toppings is thicker.

What you will need:

• 1 Block of Cream Cheese
• 2 Cups Mozzerella Cheese
• 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
• 1 Jar Pizza Sauce (You probably won’t use it all)
• Pepperoni Slices
• Bread or Tortilla Chips

Instructions

1. Preheat oven. In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, and parmesan cheese. Stir together
2. On the bottom of a 1 quart baking pan, spread cheese mixture. Top with pizza sauce, remaining mozzarella and pepperoni slices
3. Bake at 425F for 20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly
4. Let cook for 5-10 minutes and serve with bread or tortilla chips.

Pro Tips!

• Soften the cream cheese before mixing.
• Use a hand mixer to make a fluffy dip that’s easier to scoop.
• To save time, buy pre-shredded cheese
• If adding fresh basil, add it after baking.
• Use additional ingredients such as Italian Seasoning, Oregano, or Basil!
