I just have to share this recipe for Bayou Bourbon Glazed Salmon using the Bayou Bourbon Glaze from Tastefully Simple! You guys, this is ABSOLUTELY amazing, and a must try! The BEST Salmon I have ever made! I normally only like my salmon with a lemon pepper seasoning, but I just found my new favorite and it’s definatly going in my rotation! It is so simple and easy to make, and it was done within an hour and 30 minutes, but all together only took 10 minutes to prepare and 20-25 minutes to bake! The rest was just marinading! Don’t forget to try this with Roasted Potatos or even some Garlic Asparagus! Both would be amazing additions to this healthy, Omega rich food! You can even make single portions and freeze them for later! I actually only made one for lunch, so I just used enough glaze to cover my salmon and cooked it individually, but this recipe makes 6 servings! You could even try this with Pork or Chicken, as well!
So what will you need?
- 6 (4 ounce) salmon fillets, skin removed
- 1 teaspoon Seasoned Pepper
- 1 cup Bayou Bourbon Glaze
Directions:
- Season your salmon with Seasoned Pepper. Place in a gallon freezer bag with Bayou Bourbon Glaze. Seal well and toss to coat. Refrigerate a minimum of 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 350. Place your Salmon on a greased cooking sheet.
- Bake 20-25 minutes! If it flakes easily with a fork, it’s done!
If you want to make a freezer meal out of Bayou Bourbon Glazed Salmon, just prepare step 1, seal and label! Throw in the freezer, and when you are ready to cook, just thaw and start with step 2!
The Bayou Bourbon Glaze would also go amazing on our Asparagus and Chicken Stir Fry, as well!

- 6 4 oz Salmon Fillets skin removed
- 1 tsp Seasoned Pepper
- 1 cup Bayou Bourbon Glaze
Instructions
- Season salmon with Tastefully Simple Seasoned Pepper. Place in a freezer bag with Bayou Bourbon Glaze. Seal and toss well. Refrigerate 1 Hour
- Preheat oven to 350. Remove salmon from bag and place on greased baking sheet.
- Bake 20-25 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork!
