5 Ingredient Chicken Stir Fry

I have been on a healthy kick lately which means cooking at home a lot more! I found this healthy alternative to stir fry using only 5 ingredients! Here is what you need for 5 Ingredient Chicken Stir Fry! You can also make this in the Ninja Foodi but I found it best in my favorite wok!

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons Avocado Oil
  • 1 lb Uncooked Chicken Breasts, cut into strips
  • 1lb Frozen Stir Fry Veggies
  • 1/4 Cup Asian Stir fry Sauce
  • Cooked Medium Grain Brown Rice (I used Cauliflower Rice, however)
  • 2 Medium Sliced Scallions

Instructions

First, you will heat the oil in a wok or large nonstick skillet over medium-high. Add chicken and veggies. Stir Fry until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are just tender, around 8-10 minutes. Stir in the stir fry sauce. Spoon the stir fry over the rice and sprinkle with scallions!

You can adjust the ingredients for the amount of servings you need, however, assuming a serving is ½ cup rice and 1 cup stir-fry, there are 4 servings in this recipe.
